CSU Aggie Village
Aggie Village was a site redevelopment project that replaced 145 apartments that were built in 1960 at Colorado State University. This was an $87.5 million project that was 443,000 square feet project that consisted of residential halls, classrooms, basement parking levels, courtyard, auditorium, and community kitchens. PCL contracted National Coatings to perform the interior and exterior painting on this project. At the completion of this project, Aggie Village received LLED Gold Certification.
