The Coloradan

Located directly across from Denver’s Union Station, The Coloradan is a luxury multi-family project that is 692,000 square feet with 19 stories. This complex is located in the heart of downtown Denver, and so it made our working space cramped. Our crew overcame this challenge during exterior painting though, and performed great work on the interior painting of the project as well.
