University Edge

With East Carolina University growing each year, new off-campus housing is needed. One new project for student housing was University Edge. During this project, National Coatings was tasked with painting 144 units and the common spaces in the apartment complex. The units available ranged from 1 bedroom to 4 bedrooms.

Cadence Union Station Apartments

Cadence Union Station is a 14-story building that consists of one and two-bedroom apartments. This apartment complex is in Denver, Colorado. National Coatings painted the inside of residential units and several retail spaces on the ground level.

CSU Aggie Village

Aggie Village was a site redevelopment project that replaced 145 apartments that were built in 1960 at Colorado State University.
