“Nichole exemplified a professional and cordial demeanor, while obtaining the skill level required to complete multiple tasks on a consistent basis. These traits were clear in her ability to represent National Coatings. Furthermore, it was obvious she had ability to lead the crew activities and delegate tasks to her team. Her comprehension of the project needs and ESI/client expectations was recognizable and easily translated to the execution of her tasks. I welcome the opportunity to work with you again and look forward to having Nichole onsite for any of my future projects.”
